Information Transfer:

RSI operates with formal procedures to ensure that the only data shared with RSI is the data that both the customer and RSI have agreed upon before transfer. Keeping your data secure is making sure RSI only possesses the data it needs to perform a service to the customer. All customer data is transferred via secure encrypted email or sftp. No third party transmission is used by RSI.

Information Storage:

Customer data is kept isolated and is stored on RSI servers that are maintained on RSI property. All data is scan for virus and backup regularly. Even development tools like a git server run on an RSI server. Your data does not leave our property unless you have asked for it! While our formal procedure are akin to ISO quality procedures, RSI will not seek certification, so that no third party eyes ever see any customer data.
